About Toe to Soul Holistics
Hello, I’m Claire - the owner & therapist of Toe to Soul Holistics
This company was born out of my love for all things holistic, spiritual and things that are just generally really interesting, really pleasurable or really good for you
Previously a registered adult nurse for over 18 years, I’ve always used and loved so called ‘‘alternative treatments”. Our western way of treating health has largely been ‘ a pill for an ill’, we treat the symptom and not the cause. This is where complementary medicine slots so beautifully into this process , seeing the person as a whole - mind body AND soul seeking to bring peaceful harmony to all these systems
My particular interests are functional medicine, energy medicine and essential oils. Several years ago I decided to re-train as a reflexologist, then reiki master and the rest quickly followed
I believe that Mother Nature and our bodies hold all the secrets that we need to live a long, healthy and happy life. Thats not to say that aspects of modern medicine aren’t amazing , however, everything within our body systems and in the natural world are designed to give you your optimum health and happiest life

This is our first ever ‘social’ and we would love to see you there ! Teaming up with the lovely Hannah and Lauren at Craft and Common , we hope this will be the first of regular ‘soul -full’ nights, creating a space to gather , connect and have fun and maybe make something really beautiful in the process :
You will paint your own tile which will be fired and glazed ready for collection a few days later
You will be guided on a ‘spiritual’ theme offering a chance for reflection on an aspect of the self
Meet friends new and old
Connect to the ‘right brain’ (your creative self) allowing your soul energy to come through
You do not need to be an artist to take part - just the willingness to have a go !

I always strive to bring you the best service and products. I appreciate that in the modern world you have a plethora of options on who you choose to spend time and money on. For that reason I will NEVER offer you anything other than what I would want or use for myself.
I take time to research the products I use. All products are cruelty free, ethically sourced and produced and have no animal products contained within them. Some of the reflexology waxes are beeswax , vegan alternatives are also available should you wish.
My aim is for you to feel well cared for and importantly aware of how you can support your own self with your health and wellbeing either in a physical, mental or spiritual way.
I am conscious of the planet and how we care for her, I aim to use only recyclable, sustainable and carbon neutral products within my working and home life.
