Appointments
Please arrive promptly for your treatment. I understand that sometimes circumstances change, I ask you to please give 24 hours notice in the event of a change to appointment time or cancellation. I reserve the right to charge the full amount of your appointment if this is not met.
Storage of Personal Data
It is important to collect some of your personal data for safety, for compliance and to record each treatment session. Any data will be collected and stored securely within accordance of the rules of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Information taken at your first appointment is held as a paper record , in confidential secure storage and updated at each session. It will be held for a maximum of 10 years before being destroyed securely. It will not be shared with any third parties without your express permission. Your preferred contact options will be chosen by you and you have the right to update or change this at anytime.

Essential Oil information and statements are based on personal research and use. Any of the information in the written statements has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Prior to any treatment or therapy taking place, a confidential lifestyle and health consultation will take place. This is necessary so that I can advise you on the correct treatment , length of treatment and any contraindications. It is important you tell me of any changes to your health prior to each treatment.
Please advise me the day before a treatment if you have any allergies so that I may prepare accordingly.
